We offer two service options for Riviera Vines couples: a micro wedding package starting at $1,000 for intimate ceremonies, and our full Wedding Management package starting at $2,000 for larger celebrations. Our deep familiarity with the venue, its layout, vendor relationships, and logistics means Riviera Vines couples receive a seamlessly executed experience from start to finish.

Full-service wedding planning at $6,500 is our most comprehensive offering — we are your partner from engagement to wedding day, handling vendor research and selection, contract review, design concept development, budget tracking, guest logistics, rehearsal direction, and complete wedding day management. Partial planning at $4,000 is designed for couples who have already booked some vendors or done early planning work but need a professional to take over the details, fill in gaps, and carry everything across the finish line. Wedding management at $2,000, also called coordination, is for couples who have completed their own planning and need an expert to step in during the final 90 days to confirm vendor details, build the master timeline, run the rehearsal, and manage the full wedding day. Each package is structured around our Four Pillars Planning Method: Foundation, Vision, Orchestration, and Execution.

Your date is secured with a 40% nonrefundable retainer at signing. Remaining payments are due at six months out and again at 60 days before your wedding date.

Yes. Cypress and Sage Event & Design offers a dedicated micro wedding package exclusively at Riviera Vines for intimate ceremonies of 50 guests or fewer. Starting at $1,000, this package includes full coordination of your ceremony and reception, vendor communication, timeline management, and day-of execution. Because we are the exclusive preferred planning partner at Riviera Vines, micro wedding couples benefit from our deep knowledge of the venue and its team. For intimate weddings at other venues, our Wedding Management package starting at $2,000 is the recommended option.
